Learning

What I'm learning right now.

A short list, updated every few months. If you're working on any of these, I'd like to compare notes.

  1. 01

    AI product management

I've been solving product problems as an operator for years. Duke's specialization is teaching me the PM vocabulary for what I was already doing, and where I was skipping steps.

  2. 02

    AI governance for education organizations

Schools and nonprofits hold sensitive data about people who didn't choose to be data. I want to get better at the privacy and compliance side so the guardrails I set are the right ones, not just cautious ones.

  3. 03

    Agentic workflows for non-engineers

What can someone who doesn't write code actually build, maintain, and trust? I'm finding out by building small things and seeing what breaks.

  4. 04

Instructional design for busy, skeptical adults

Most adult learning theory assumes the learner wants to be there. I'm reading on what works when they don't, yet.
